Belfast Girls

Jessy Heath as Sarah Jane Wylie

Following graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts with a BFA (Music Theatre), Jessy Heath was cast in the Australian professional premiere of Belfast Girls (dir. Jordan Best), where she first fell in love with Jaki McCarrick's wonderful characters. Other credits include Ruthless! (dir. Jordan Best), Cock (dir. Eugene Lynch), Richard II (dir. Eugene Lynch), Joseph K (dir. Sean O’Riordan), and the international comedy show The Audition Room (created by Elouise Eftos and The Harry Morrissey Official). Most recently she was a Swing / Dance Captain in The Hello Girls (dir. Jason Langley). As a descendant of Irish emigrants who arrived in Sydney (unceded Gadigal land) in 1853, this story holds special significance for her family.
