We spend most of our lives in our heads – thinking, planning, responding. But our bodies are constantly speaking too. This workshop invites you to slow down, tune in, and discover what happens when you start to listen.
Through guided movement, solo exploration, and gentle partner work, you will build a deeper understanding of your own impulses, your emotional range, and how you naturally relate to others – all in a safe, non-judgmental space where there is no right or wrong way to move.
No performance experience needed. No fitness level required. Just comfortable clothes, an open mind, and a willingness to show up.
With this workshop you will...
... develop a broader emotional range and greater body awareness to navigate life with more ease
... understand your inner impulses and how they shape your reactions and responses
... explore how you relate to others and discover new possibilities
... build presence and attentiveness in everyday interactions
... move in a safe, playful, non-judgmental atmosphere
... walk away with something real and applicable to art, to work, to life
